Joined the gym and I am running 5-6 days a week. Ran for 30 minutes today at 5.5 mph on the treadmill. Couch to 5k was difficult over the winter but I am starting to see some results in the running department. I am not losing a lot of weight but I put my belt on yesterday and realized that I am four notches in on the belt from 5 months ago.
