I thought yesterday the scale was off but it's up again today and then I figured out what happened. The new whip cream I've been using isn't sugar free but I've been using it the same way/same amount as the one that is sugar free....duh...that would explain it. So I'm accepting the new weight and it'll probably take me a couple days for it to go back down. UGH. The competitive part of me (with myself) is seriously irritated because I probably won't make the 8 lb loss I wanted for the month. Maybe I can get close but if not, I remind myself to suck it up and it's still down. Down is good. But lessons are expensive....
