No change on the scale this week, thank goodness! It could only have gone upwards with the week I've had, so no change is an achievement! I'm ready to start trying harder again now. I want to hit onederland before my birthday in late June!

Good luck Ali. 🙂. I too have had a challenging relationship with food my whole life and have yo yo'd between 8st at my lightest and 20st at my heaviest! I have also had my gall bladder out. It was heaven not to feel that pain again. So I wish you all the best with your weight loss journey x
