7100 kcal Friday up until today. Haven’t had dinner yet. Wish I knew how they make a burger 850-1350 kcal when I can make it at home for way less.
Picked healthiest options available this weekend. Cheese omelettes for one breakfast, burgers on Saturday lunch and dinner and a steak for todays lunch. We will overlook the 3 dinner rolls I had ;). Lol
DID get home in time for a quick workout and had time for our normal workout Friday. Today was so so. Everything felt super heavy. Probably from basically sitting on my rear in the car, in the bleachers and in the hotel room for 2 days. Pool heater was broken so my plan to get a little exercise there failed and they didn’t have a weight room. Thankfully we had to park farther away from games so I did get some steps in. Not many but a few.
