starting back on keto or should I say low sugar and low carbs without the Extreme fasting I did last yr that landed me.in hospital sick and needing an iron transfusion. it's been hard admitting I failed after losing 25kgs 6 months ago to only gain it all back. I know my weight gain has come down to personal issues, lack of motivation, gross summer heat where I never wanted to leave the coolness of a fan, 100 percent comfort eating, kilos of sugar with donuts cakes chips takeaways and mental weakness cos I feel life has been quite draining the last CPL years and I just didnt care cos food made me happy for the 10mins I would scoff down a treat, that 10mins out of 24hr a day made me happy cos the rest of the day didn't ☹️ anyway only I can make the change. I did this to myself and have not once blamed my genes or hypothyroidism for my weight. Ive been saying n thinking since last August I'll stop eating bad food again but reality is everyday is gonna be a challenge and my goal yet again is to get back to under 100kgs and be able to run and to make my life happier (easier said than done) 🙏
