I need the same devotion, and determination I had in the beginning of my journey! I have not been good about journals, food log, exercise log. I need to care just as much and probably more. I always said to people who was getting sick around me and I wasn't, "I'm to healthy to get sick"! Now look @ me! French fries, chips, diet soda, sugarfree chocolate. Oh, I can keep going. This isn't a diet of an healthy person. That's why my butt is sick right now. smh!!!! A cleanse is needed then back to eating majority of veggies in all my meals. Cant expect a different result doing the same thing! So say what u will but my Biggest goal I had for myself was to be @ my goal by my birthday! I have exactly 44 days!

I am going thru the same thing except i did it on purpose, i needed a break from everything... and once i get back into it i know that first month will be a semi-detox type plan to get me focused and cleansed .. so i feel u girl!

Thanks, it just remembering why I wanted to start losing weight in the first place. I need to count every meal and log it in. I looked back over my weight history and was able to see what I was eating when I was losing the most weight. That's a good reference to have. I don't like the guilt that comes with eating for pleasure and not nourishment. Naiomy, what cleanse are u gonna do?

Well in my weight history u'll see my starting weight then my next weigh in was about a month later and i lost about 14 lbs... before really understanding nutrition like i do i started off on a diet that was pretty miserable lol.. but i kind of reset my way of eating so i was able to slowly introduce food... basically all it was was a half a pink or red grapefruit for breakfast, a pretty boring salad for lunch, and my dinner would be just enough calories to keep me under 1K calories. and i know its not totally safe staying that low.. but i don't plan on doing it for long.... just need to reel the calories back in.. then after i do that for a week or so, i'll creep back to 1200 a day and increase my workouts. i hope that will help me lose whatever i may have gained thru the break i'm taking, and just push me past the wall i was hitting.

I think it's about time I lower my calories...1300 should do it. Then do nothing but intervals. I wish u well in the process your in!
