NET CARBS / EXERCISE & TIME / VEGGIES
[i]Monday[/i] = 22.04 / walking - 30 minutes / 3 cups of veggies
[i]Tuesday[/i] = 21 / stretching and yoga - 30 minutes / 3 cups of veggies
[i]Wednesday[/i] = 19 / walking - 30 minutes / 2 cups of veggies
[i]Thursday[/i] = didn't count / walking - 30 minutes / 3 cups of veggies
[i]Friday[/i] = didn't count / walking - 2 hours!! / 2 cups of veggies
[i]Saturday[/i] = didn't count / walking - 1 hour / 2 cups of veggies
[i]Sunday[/i] = didn't count / no exercise / no veggies!! BAD DAY!

I'm sorry I let down my team this week. I'm so not motivated to do this anymore, but I'm still here. In one week, the fact that I can gain this much is just unbelieveable. What a waste of time.

I'll be back at it this week and I promise to be a better team member!!!

THANK GOODNESS YOU'RE STILL HERE! I WAS GETTING WORRIED!!! Paige, it's okay to have a bad week. We ALL do. Don't beat yourself up over it! It's a good thing that you came here and wrote down your feelings. We're here to support you! I'm SURE that some of that weight you gained was water weight. And you did great with your exercising and veggies. So jump back on that wagon and hang in there! YOU CAN DO IT! :)

Paige, I didn't do so wonderful either..I had a tough time following the plan and just wanted to eat EVERYTHING I saw....so I completely understand! Hang in there, we'll get back to losing together soon!

We all have bad weeks from time to time. Some of us (me included) pay dearly on the scale for even the most minor infractions. It's a curse! LOL. :P It just doesn't seem fair sometimes that some people can cheat twice a week and still have a loss and some of us can't have one bite and we gain ten pounds. Some of us used to loose quite easily and can't any more for some reason. Then some of us just never lost easily to begin with but at least on this diet we CAN lose weight. We are all here for you and we understand that this is a tough journey. You've been there for me too when I was down and I am so glad you're sticking around. What choice do we have? I certainly won't choose to get bigger and unhealthier. Great job getting re-focused.

LOL...in regard to what you wrote on my journal! NICE to see you still stomping around!! it's a scary sight, seeing you doing otherwise!! hey! tomorrow is Friday!! remember what that meant for us?? we're supposed to share something!!! gotta get my car keys and head to the store!!!
