A little more, a little more. Had hoped for a bigger drop just for fun but I'm not unhappy with that. Food was on-point, added some cracklins for a munchie time after dinner when I was wanting something salty. 0 carbs, about 180 calories.
Today is steak for dinner (yay!) so looking forward to that. Almost considering to have it for lunch so it has time to work its way thru before tomorrow scale check lol. We'll see how the day goes.
Almost done with Friday's presentation (should finish today I think) and then start on next week's. Have other things in between but those are my focus for the moment. Meant to go back to it last night but my eyes were really unfocused for reading last night. Not sure if I was tired or what.
