Haven't been checking in here, nor online in general lately. The renovations have become serious! Why do I open these cans of worms. Should start up a worm farm. The nights are still my hardest time, perhaps I should FORCE myself to stop at 10pm for 30mins and do some meditation. Things around the house
are not my preferred peaceful way. Tension creates more tension, creates bad vibes, creates me getting infected with the negative bullshit. This either leads to dropping down a notch in spirit, or binge eating.
Today I will not 'fight' to avoid night time bingeing, but 'soothe' and hear the urge to do it. Reading my own tips might also help.
Back to the grindstone! I have a doorway to cut out, a frame to build, a bed base to build, a wall to fill, sand, base coat, sand and paint, a bed to assemble, a wardrobe to build, and mountains of clothes and items that need putting away again. Phew. At least I'm getting a work out or 10 a day.
