Hitting the "BodyPump" classes pretty good. Coming out of the class this morning pretty tired but decided to weigh myself on the scale at the gym. Given that I've never weighed myself there I have to be careful about comparing apples to oranges but at least I'm remaining consistent. I'd like to see some significant weight loss through the end of the month, though, since this class is kicking my butt. ;)
