...Rough day but glad it's done. Was up super-early to be at a seminar from one of our docs so I was at work at 545am. Then it was one of those days where every time you lift your head up you hit a brick wall. But I walked to the store, got stuff for dinner and made breakfast and lunch for tomorrow so I won't have to do it in the am. I am really tempted to just plop here on the couch and not get back out for my walk but that is where I've been. Always last, not making movement a priority. So making a work-life balance needs to come first. I always work. Now to add in a healthy me to the mix. And, yes, early to bed tonight.
OH. And I fit into my size 12s today :D Overall, even with the challenges, it's a good day. And each day just gets better....
