Happy Friday Everybody. I have to tell you it has been a lot of fun joining in on the playground at my daughters elementary school for the morning P.E. session. We start around 8 and end at 8:30. The kids give me great energy and it so wonderful to see them getting stronger every day. Mr Pham has us doing all kinds of different activities and I am learning. Squats have typically been a dreaded exercise for me but have learned to place my back straight against the wall, squat, hold my arms out and count for 30 seconds.
A cutie pie little boy kept running beside me while we were doing laps saying, "I bet you can't beat a second grader!"... He was right but I was keeping a pretty close pace lol.
Any recommendations on some vitamin "D" and Calcium supplements? I have been able to take my multi-vitamin for 3 consecutive days without feeling sea-sick and am ready to start a vitamin routine to help keep my energy level and bones strong! TOWANDA!!!!
