Was prepared for a stalemate/uptick after yesterday. Typically have a no-loss with pork (not ham which is weird) and had pulled pork salad for lunch (leftovers for dinner). Glad to see downward movement though. That's always encouraging. Lunch with Mom and Christina was really nice, went shopping after but didn't get back til almost 4pm and was kinda wiped out so didn't go grocery shopping. I do have eggs and cheese so should be ok until after work but not as many options for breakfast and/or lunch today. Luckily, I also only have fudge to "look" at me and I can turn that down ok.

Hopefully a fairly quiet day at work today. Lead the Huddle at 2, work on the Wed education and finish up a few huddle notes for everyone from last week. Tomorrow out at 12:30 and again on Friday at 12:30. Delaying the "early out" from Christmas Eve and New Years Eve is nice this week. No PTO needed but really looking forward to some downtime/quiet at home. Maybe I'll even use those hours "wisely". :)

Starting today, adding supplements to support thyroid - choline, kelp and zinc - since i have hashimoto's (hypothyroid). Hoping that will help everything overall and keep the thyroid thing from slowing me down unnecessarily...
