After 8 days at my parents house.....lots of comfort food and desserts. Glad to be home to my normal low cal food, but down in the dumps cuz I don't get to spend as much time with my mom as I like. ☹️
78,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,4 kg.    Sisa: 1,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
