My son, the vegetarian, is also the lasagna maker in the house. He refused to make Palmini lasagna and ordered Chinese take-out instead. So my Christmas dinner was a mushroom egg foo young patty-no rice. I don't know what carbs were lurking in it, hence the "poor" rating for following my diet. The scale didn't go up, so I will be having the second patty for lunch today. I am closing in on 200 lbs. lost and much prefer this new turkey neck to the old over-inflated inner tube of a neck I had.
