This week I've been battling a severe allergy/sinus attack that has taken all my energy. Trying to keep fluids in me and rest but there are things I need to get done today, like cleaning and laundry.

As you can see, and I can feel, I've gained again. It's discouraging but I'm the one who chose to eat things that weren't good for me. I also wonder if the tablespoon of honey a day I've added this week have something to do with it. I'm trying to build up my allergy tolerance and it was suggested to add local honey, so I did. Not sure how well it's working because I was late taking my allergy shots.

Anyway, I have exercised but just haven't felt well enough to push the limit this week. I'll feel better soon and will get back on track. I'm cooking homemade vegetable soup for lunch because all I seem to want it something HOT and spicy. Hope you all have a blessed weekend.

Hey girl! Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well! UGH! Atleast you got some exercise in! I'm not sure that I could have done that! ;) I HIGHLY suggest the vegetable soup! As you read in my journal - I think it is heavenly! I added Rotel instead of just canned tomatoes to spice mine up a bit! Well, I hope that you get to feeling better & are able to enjoy your weekend! ttyl
