Today is my 60th Birthday. Except for my weight battle, I am blessed with very good health. I thank God for my wonderful husband of almost 38 years(who has NEVER said a word about my weight other than "I think you're beautiful!") and my 2 great kids(one of each). And I thank God for my FS encouragers. I have been on some kind of diet since I was 12 and probably will be for the rest of my life. I don't know if I'll EVER reach my goal, but with the struggle, hopefully I won't get bigger. My Mom is 88 and still healthy and active. I want to be her when I grow up!
