Today, I am feeling okay about my weight, as there's nothing I can do about making it less right now. But I also acknowledge that it's only me who wants it lower, as everyone else believes I'm thin anyway (too thin is usually what I'm told), so it's just my self esteem and ego that are causing me a reason to be annoyed. I am working on my self esteem in general, and I'm about to make a list of all I want to achieve (realistically) today, and incorporate into this some exercise.
