Another 400 gr down since yesterday and yesterday wasn't a fast day so I'm very happy with that; half a kilo down on the week.
I can say that so far I'm enjoying "the fast diet" - the fast days are easy enough because I just don't have to think about food and also they bring kind of physical and mental "lightness" interludes into the week where I feel freed from the routine of 3 meals. I enjoy the challenge, too - by the evening on a fast day, when I'm feeling peckish, the mental challenge of saying no feels like a huge achievement - that's a bit contradictory if I'm saying it's easy enough, but that's how it is. I see myself refusing and I feel good about myself, not just my weight but my mental capacity.
Also achieved a week without alcohol on the Lent challenge, so all in all I'm a happy bunny today :)
