Life has been so stressful lately, probably because I’m always fighting with my teen about just normal life skills and learning responsibility. BUT on a good note this week is the final week of the fall musical so the intense rehearsals for her and the constant running into town for me and my husband will come to an end for a short time. I get stressed out so easily so logging food intake and worrying about how many calories I have left make me even more stressed out on top of my everyday normal stress/anxiety of getting it all done. I’m still working out at least 30 mins 5-6 days a week because that is my me time. Im not giving up on losing this weight that so many of my family members, who are always thin and can eat like a garbage disposal and not gain anything, say isn’t a big deal. I’ve always been bigger but I want to improve on getting rid of my flabbiness, which has been ever so slowly going away through exercise and trying to eat the healthiest I can.
