Monday-Friday workout results:
4 hours total working out! Feeling good about the progress this week and it was helpful to push me along. I think I will set up another challenge like it next week. I have posted my goals and what I have done each day on a new calendar I hung up to see it each day.
63,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,7 kg.    Sisa: 2,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 6,4 kg dalam 1 minggu
