I got on the scale yesterday the day after the barbeque and I was too ashamed to weigh in here. *sigh* But I'm getting back into the grove of things. I mean Today I went out and walked again. I haven't walked since...four days ago? This time it was an hour and 13 minutes! And I find time passes faster when I don't listen to music because My mind begins to count down like if I heard two songs then that means i've been out here for only six or eight minutes and it's so depressing knowing that you haven't been outside that long. Not only that But when I get around twenty mintues I'm all maybe I should start turning it into the house and call it a day at 30. But once I get to 40 I'm all okay I'm going to do this now what can I do to get this past an hour. And once I pass the hour I'm all should I go and set a new record or just head on in. I decided to just head on in today. Maybe tomorrow.
