I was a little disheartened that I stayed the same last week, so very happy to see a loss this morning. This really is the best diet ever!
6 Weeks of 5:2 now and No wobbles or blowouts. Fast days have been tough, but what makes it easier is to be able to say 'i can have that tomorrow'.
62,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,3 kg.    Sisa: 2,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
