weighed myself on new scales have eaten not so long ago so that could accont for it
have put on weight but it could also be muscle what with the amount of walking i've been doing
also found out BMI is 28
and body fat is 34
so obviously have to change both of them but im not going to let it get me down i just need more excercise and better eating :)
