I had more carbs this week than I really care to... I will keep a better eye on that for the coming week. I just really have a bad habit of getting my calories from carbs, rather than a variety. It's not that I'm overeating or really even that I'm eating junk... Just too many damn carbs. I felt like I worked my butt off in my workouts this week and I haven't lost actual weight, but I do see a difference in my figure. I'm slimmer and my legs and butt are more toned... So long as I look better and am more in shape, I suppose that my weight doesn't matter. Though I would love to weigh less in consideration of my weight-class for Competitive Trail Riding. If my body really seems to favor my current weight and I am in really good shape, I suppose I could just look into a lighter saddle... Hmmm? I guess thats food for thought or a "Plan B" anyway. As for now I'm going to continue trying to lose and keep working hard, I'll see where it takes me.
