Anything between 52.5 and 54 (116 and 120) is ok. Less falls into nasty comments and worries from my family, more does not feel comfortable. My goal is to be comfortable with myself.

Being comfortable with yourself is the key. It's tough sometimes when our families make comments on our figures. As if we weren't already self-conscious, we hear their opinions. I'm happy for you for finding you zone.
