Day 7 of Keto Challenge. Yesterday had OMD plus bedtime snack due to problem eating dry fish and having to wait a long time before my esophagus cleared so I could finish my fish and veggies. Did ate extra fat (mayo)to ease swallowing of fish and chewed very well and sipped water between bites to make sure it didn't get stuck.
103,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 36,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
