Well, the pounds still seem to want to stay. However, I have gone from an 18W in pants to a regular 14, which is rewarding. My sweet daughter brought me two pairs of size 14 pants this weekend and I just laid them aside, waiting to fit into them. This morning I tried them on and THEY FIT! Maybe not as loose as I would like, but they gave me some new inspiration to "keep on keeping on"! THANKS, SIS!!!!!!!!!!!
