The main thing I have to report is that I have had no alcohol in 3 days now! That alone will cause weight loss. The other thing is that Alan is participating with me due to his own health issues. He's concerned about his high blood sugar readings in the mornings. Definitely Diabetes Type 2! He understands that if he eats right and gets this weight off, he will reduce his blood sugar readings! Dieting together is so much easier than alone!
