Many new habits are being formed. Addiction is such a crazy thing. It almost "needs" replacing... Really obsessing over my own self for once instead of the people around me. I needed so much more self care... then I can help others. Doing so well right now. I remember being the weight that I am right now and feeling helpless because I would have to cut back on the things "I wanted" like alcohol and food and not going to the gym. I feel so much promise right now.
