well hummm lost weight! maybe it is because i have been off trac for a few days and my calories have increased but not by much! i need to get back on the diet though cause my other symptoms are coming back joint pain and heart burn. now to find the magic foods to eat with the right amount of calories...
89,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 12,2 kg.    Sisa: 21,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Buruk.

ya know girls !yes i fell good today but still pensive will it stay under? but i do think i was too low on the calorie thing!anymore good advise? i us the whipping cream already but now what? glowy you always make me chipper! i am so glad we are buddies! and ctss i don't think i would still be here tryin if it wasn't for you and keli!
