Yesterday I was up a pound, today lost that and another half pound for good measure. The scale goes up, the scale goes down. I just track the down. :)

Was just thinking that you should allow water in your weight budget. As long as you feel confident fat is not the issue. Love of water may give less stress at weight in, and less stress is good.

I drink ~100 ounces a day which keeps me up to around 2 am no matter how early in the day I start. However, water is good, pretty much my drink of choice.
