I have been on FS for about a year and half. I looked at my weight loss and it shows I lost 33.6 lbs I know it doesn’t seem like much but the truth is I weighed 367 when I join FS. I had already started loosing weight before I join. I use to weigh 425 I am 8.4 lbs away from loosing 100 lbs. after talking to my doctor I have decided I am going to do my best to loose another 80 to 90 lbs by December 31.
