Ok, so I finally weighed in...down 6 lbs! I think the gym has really helped me there....not just the working out, but I go later in the evening and get home around 9:30/10 so that totally helps out with stopping my evening snacking :)
110,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,1 kg.    Sisa: 42,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I am! It took me a few days to get into it, but I'm really enjoying it now.

That is wonderful! I'm glad you are developing good habits. Great job with stopping your evening snacking. I'm sure after a gym session I would go home and stuff myself silly; I could take a lesson from you. ;) If you can lose 3 lbs a week, you'll be under 200 before May, so stick with it!
