Thanks. I made it through until around 3 then ate stuff so then ate orange chicken and stir fried rice my daughter cooked. Today I weigh even more so this morning I just had coffee with a tablespoon of MCT to try to burn off carbs asap.

ruthe1213, MCT won't help burn off carbs. Your body can't store MCT, so it gets used ahead of other fats or nutrients. Best you can do is - do better tomorrow. 🙂
