Big day - had my big breakie - doing a salad a and fruit salad for this afternoon to finish up groceries in the fridge. Also plan on doing a big grocery shop so off to clean the fridge and start with my routine.
I went to a tasting for work yesterday. Ate all the food and skipped the wine, beer and tequila. Day 9. Pretty proud of myself.
