Big day ahead. Double shift - Day six no alcohol - gym. Packing lunches with lots of veg and fruit. Feeling good. Nice to start off with a loss - although I did fast through dinner yesterday... also maybe feel a little more dehydrated? Will do my best to drink much more water today.
