Debbie Cousin, before April I was going downhill on my health and my weight was going up, So it took a lot of prayers and determination to make a decision to get focus because I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. April was the month I start and I haven't stopped since. On July 19-30 I will be on a Cruise that will be the time of testing so if you don't see me online that means I won't have internet access. I will try to get internet.

Thanks, Debbie Cousins, If I have internet I will be posting information. Thanks, MLaurie i will make it fun on the Cruise. I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, exercise every day, and drink a lot of water only.
