this morning i wake yp after sleep only 3hr fasting is 109 (b4 bed is 100) betwr than yesterday. anyhow i think ACV effect for blood sugar level because now it seem reduce (not sure that because i control meal or because ACV effet) 2month later if my a1c drop.maybe my doctor will reduce medicne for me. nowaday i take many medicine morning b4 meal take 3tablet of diabetic after meal 2.5 tab for high blood presure, 2tab for diabetic,2 tab for heart evening b4 meal 3tab of diabetic aftr meal 1.5tab for reduce fat, 2tab for high predue, 1tab for diabetic b4 bed 1tab for heart total one day i take 18tablet for medicine ㅠㅠ
