My weight seemed to ‘plateau ‘ again (going up for a few days and then eventually settling back down.) This time I was ready for it and didn’t let it get me down. Looks like the last 2/3 months I experienced fast weight loss the first 2.5 weeks and a plateau the last 1.5 weeks/ish. (Or 1.5 was/1 wk) I’m not expecting the fast weight loss again this month because I’m learning not to have expectations of my body and let it just do it’s thing. But I do gain understanding from beginning to see its patterns. It helps me understand all the parts of the cycles I’m going through and to begin to appreciate my body instead of having expectations and then dissatisfaction with it. It’s doing its best always at every moment. It never gives up. But I can diminish its ability to function with putting extra stress psychologically and therefore physically and I can also help it thrive by cultivating happy thoughts and feelings. I’m overly practiced in the former and training in the latter. 💪
