this morning fasting sugar level 108 .wow so good.my fasting never lower than 120 for long time (normally over 140 even eat medicine) last nigh pre meal blood is 85 n post meal 115 (2hr aftr dinner) then take 1teaspoon of ACV with 1cup of water (apple cyder vinegar) and check blood 2hr later (result is drop to 85) it seem ACV effect to sugar level in blood for diabetic type 2 (even in all journal in internet show less reault) this level of glucose in blood is result of healthy people normal sugar in blood fasting or pre meal 70 -100 mg/dl post (2hr after eat) less than 140
