Happy Canada Day! Hello July! It's Monday of a new month, so that means it's (extra) Maximum Effort Monday!!!! I did crappy this past week, giving into triggers & "food gifts", so my effort was maybe 10%? Felt awesome getting back on track this weekend, so I feel terrific today, even with a small gain. I posted about diet saboteurs, and feel confident I can just say NO to "just a lil treat" offerings. :) I also feel reinvigorated about my diet plan. Getting out more has helped me mentally but I do need to deal with the additional food triggers now. I can do this!
