Gained this week but had a feeling I would. Consumed too many calories while celebrating my birthday and it hasn't stopped yet. My birthday is actually tomorrow and my mom and best friend are having a small get together for me. I can't help but celebrate considering I'm having hernia surgery the day after my birthday. Happy birthday to me!!! I have no idea how I'm going to feel or how it's going to affect my diet. I stocked the house with healthy food, so I'm ready for the house bound stage. Not sure yet when I'll be able to exercise. I know at least 2 weeks no lifting, after that slow increases in weight. I have an eliptical and will have to ask when I can start using that again.

I usually don't say much in my journals, I try to keep it just about my diet. Right now there is a lot going on in my life and it feels good to write it down. I have so much more going on but won't both any of you with that. Please keep me in your prays for the surgery on Wednesday and thanks for all the support you give. I really love the FS family.
