Well, thanks to adding exercise last week and going camping this past weekend, I'm up one pound. This is ok, I realize it's from the exercise, but I can't wait to get past this point and lose weight again. Seeing results has been the greatest motivator. Although it's been a week and instead of losing weight, I gained a little, my motivator right now is that an extremely tight pair of jeans I own fit more comfortably. So, I'm holding on to that right now. I'm going to monitor my weight closely this week, as well as water intake, that's been too low and I know it. Also, I think I'm going to start watching my measurements, and carry all the motivators I can right now.
