So, this is how I start the New Year. Have been off track for the past 2 months, moved houses and my mom was visiting. No exercise and have been eating mum-cooked meals.
It took forever to take these pounds off and just minutes to gain them back!!!
Hoping this New Year will mean a new beginning for me and I will get to my goal!!
