So No Surprise here after my cheat yesterday I am back up to 159 but I didn't go to 160 which is good news if you ask me and on top of that strangely my basal armpit temp was actually 98.2 which is even over the normal armpit temp of 97.8. Ok so today is another day and I will be going to a friend's, kid's birthday party so I really hope I got the cravings out of my system.
