been busy as can possibly be with the new transfer position. working twelve hours a day and driving one hour each way. plus seeing my sweetheart an hour the opposite direction. left the house at five am yesterday got home a little after midnight. working out is about twenty min a day doing push ups and resistance bands besides the obvious constant on my feet walking at work. trying to keep the diet clean let myself get to tired a few times and hungry grabbed baby cookies yesterday..going to do better this week now that i'm used to the new staff...ok babbling but i miss writing daily
