I think this is kind of a natural readjustment and reaction to losing a lot very quickly when I first restarted a few weeks ago. Also I've had 2 or 3 snacky evenings this week which I'm not worrying about too much - it's the holiday spirit, we have visitors and we have stuff in the house.

We have visitors this weekend and a big meal planned for tomorrow night. I actually can't physically eat too much, I'll feel ill, but the calories may be a bit high and alcohol will definitey push me over RDI.

I need to keep active, keep walking and plan in a couple of fast days after New Year, but today won't be one of them as we have visitors and I'm the cook.
