Well, I thought I had been doing rather poorly as far as my diet goes the last week, but when I got on the scale: SURPRISE! Nice, especially since I've been doing well at following my diet the last couple of days, and today I added an exercise routine. Working at a gym makes this nicely convenient, I eat at my desk during lunch, then I take my "lunch break" and go downstairs and work out. So, I'm thinking I might see a larger jump in weight loss in the next few weeks.
