First day with a green bar. (On my weight chart, anyway. The bar associated with my profile picture is a bit of a jerk and gives me yellow.) 3 months. 16.9 pounds. 5.6 to go, unless I call it sooner. I know body composition should be the name of the game now, but exercise? Who has time? ;-)

Congrats on the green bar👍🏻. Exercise - start with small stuff if you don’t have a lot of time. You probably know some of this - takes stairs instead of elevator, park farther away from entrance, go for a walk at lunch.... not sure if you work, but I put my exercise in my calendar so I know if I can hit my weekly exercise goals. It helps me figure out where I have to fit it in. Try something fun that you’ve never done before - go on a hike with a meetup group, sign up for some dance classes. If you find something you love, you will make it a priority. Our self-care needs to be our top priority. You can do it 🤗

Ha, some days I'm not sure if I work either! :-D Thanks for the congrats, the encouragement, and the suggestions. I do a lot of those little things, but still consider myself mostly sedentary. I put soccer "on hold" because I kept missing games. The calendar is a good idea, I'll have to try that. And I've ordered P90X3. I did P90X before, and I liked it, but the time commitment gives me pause now. X3 is supposed to be 30-minute workouts. We'll see if I can work with that.

Thanks! Back in the yellow today, with a 0.2 lb fluctuation (which is the smallest increment of my digital scale), but I'm sure it's temporary... :-)
